Delivery terms and conditions

Free Delivery On All Orders

Please supply mobile contact telephone number and email address for the courier to message you in regards to the delivery.


2/3 working day delivery service

This applies to smaller items and flat packed items that can be delivered by a parcel courier, Orders are dispatched within a couple of working days of the order being received on a 1/3 working day delivery service. The delivery will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm and is a ground floor door only delivery service, that does require a signature for proof of delivery. However, due to current covid restrictions, usually a verbal signature will be accepted. Please ensure that a mobile telephone number is supplied to receive delivery updates. If you have ordered multiple items, then please note that the courier may be different and may not be delivered on the same day.


Sareer mattresses delivery service

All Sareer mattresses are delivered direct from the manufacturer on a 3/5 working days delivery service and will come separate from other items ordered from Mercers Furniture.


Building service 

If you live within a 15 mile radius of us (S61 4RL) we offer a building service on all furniture. Please ask sales staff for prices and details on 01709 836856.


Delivery Surcharges

We only deliver to UK mainland and only some offshore areas. If your delivery address is in the following postcode areas you need to contact us on 01709 836856 before placing the order as they have an additional charge to add to the standard item price. Free delivery is NOT available in some these areas:

KW, IV, PH, PA, KY, FK, DD, AB, HS and ZE postcodes

Isle of Wight

Isle of Man

Unfortunately, we DO NOT deliver to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands

If orders are placed to these postcodes areas you will be contacted to advise of additional delivery charges or cancellations.
