Delivery terms and conditions


Free Delivery On All Orders


We dispatch all orders within 1 working day, on a next-working-day delivery service. However, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive.

Depending on the size and weight of your item, we will select the most suitable courier. Our usual delivery partners include APC, Evri and DPD.

Please make sure you provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address when placing your order, as the courier will normally use these details to provide delivery updates and tracking information.

Standard deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and are ground-floor deliveries only. Where available, the courier will usually provide a more specific delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the size and weight of the item and the delivery location. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take up to 7 working days.

Someone must be available to accept delivery. In some cases, the courier may offer the option to leave your parcel in a safe place. If you choose this option, the item will be left at your own risk, and this service is not always available.

If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware that they may be dispatched separately and delivered by different couriers on different dates. This is because items are allocated to the most suitable delivery service based on their size and weight.

 

 

Our larger items such as wardrobes beds are dispatched with a convenient 2-Man White Glove Delivery Service, with your furniture delivered safely into the room of your choice.

Delivery is normally within 3–5 working days, with the courier contacting you to arrange a suitable weekday. A current, active mobile number is required to arrange and confirm delivery. Please do not screen calls, as the courier may call from an unknown number. A delivery time slot will be provided.

 


Sareer mattresses delivery service

All Sareer mattresses are delivered direct from the manufacturer on a 3/5 working days delivery service and will come separate from other items ordered from Mercers Furniture.


Delivery Surcharges

We only deliver to UK mainland and only some offshore areas. If your delivery address is in the following postcode areas you need to contact us on 01709 836856 before placing the order as they have an additional charge to add to the standard item price. Free delivery is NOT available in some these areas:

KW, IV, PH, PA, KY, FK, DD, AB, HS and ZE postcodes

Isle of Wight

Isle of Man

Unfortunately, we DO NOT deliver to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands

If orders are placed to these postcodes areas you will be contacted to advise of additional delivery charges or cancellations.
