Delivery terms and conditions

Free Delivery On All Orders

Small order delivery – this applies to items such as mirrors and bedside cabinets, smaller items that can be delivered by parcel courier, Most of which is next working day if ordered before 1pm. Please check on the item details for exact delivery time. You can also choose a weekday for your item to be delivered, and it will arrive between 8am and 6pm
Standard Delivery - this applies to the majority of Mercers Furniture orders and is normally delivered with in 14 days and often a lot sooner unless the goods need to be ordered, and your order will be delivered by our own delivery staff not by a courier. We will contact you with a delivery date and you will also be given a time slot on the morning of your delivery day. Our delivery service is to ground floor but all our own drivers will be more than happy to help you upstairs with any item.
Building service - If you live within a 50 mile radios of us (S61 4RL) we offer a building service on all furniture. Please ask sales staff for prices and details on 01709 836856.

**Please note we only deliver to UK mainland, If your delivery address is in the following postcode areas you need to contact us before placing the order as they have an additional charge to add to the standard item price and delivery charge. Free delivery is NOT available in these areas:
All IV, KW1-14.
PA34, 37, 38, 39.
PH19-26, 30 to 40, 41, 49, 50.
All Isle of Wight.
