Once we have verified the price, we will usually offer to match or beat the price.
A price match can only be provided on current prices.
A price comparison must come from a recognised, reputable, legally trading UK internet retailer. The approval of the retailer is up to the discretion of mercersfurniture.co.uk.
Once the price has been matched, it will remain matched for a period of 24 hours.
mercersfurniture.co.uk reserve the right to decline, terminate or revoke any request made by the customer.
A price match is based on total order price including any delivery fees.
The goods to be price matched must be new and generally available and not "one-offs"

Orders can be canceled with out charge when they have not yet been dispatched
In the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item,Mercers offer a 14 day money back guarantee, commencing the day of delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, the only charge being the return carriage cost of £25.
If any items are damaged or incorrect you should tell us with in 2 days of delivery, we will change the item, send out any parts needed or take the item back for a full refund with no charges.
